I am using WordOps v3.13.2.
When I run wp-cli commands I get a large number of "connection refused" output.
If I try to do wp plugin update" I get a long list of "connection refused" and then the usual update output, although I notice this error also occurs at the start of the actual update output,
Warning: Failed to create directory '/var/www/.wp-cli/cache/': mkdir(): Permission denied. After the actual update output, there's a massive number of
connection refused` again, then the output of the list of plugins successfully updated.
Same thing happens when doing a theme update, although I note there I also get these errors:
Connection refused

So the themes don't update at all. Whereas the plug-ins did actual update, despite the massive number of errors.
What would be causing this, and how should I fix it?
Thanks very much.
