Hi
I am setting Sendy script on my WordOps server. The script is running well but I want add a custom domain
Here is the document from Sendy https://sendy.co/troubleshooting#custom-domain-not-working
First and foremost, set a custom domain that's not currently in use. For example, if your website is domain.com, setting your custom domain as 'domain.com' will not work as it is already pointed to your website. Use a subdomain name instead of your custom domain, eg. 'newsletter.domain.com'.
Ensure that you've created the CNAME record in your custom domain's DNS where it is hosted as instructed in your brand settings. You can check if your CNAME record has resolved fully to your Sendy installation domain using a DNS propagation checker. If it is not resolving, please contact your DNS hosting provider for help.
If your CNAME has been created and fully resolved, but when visiting your Sendy installation with the domain name replaced with your custom domain does not load your Sendy login page, you may need to create an 'Alias' for the custom domain.
If you're using cPanel for instance, create an 'Alias' named your.custom-domain.com in the cPanel for main-domain.com so that main-domain.com is also known on your server as your.custom-domain.com. This can be done in cPanel Home > Domains > Aliases.
Moving out of Amazon SES sandbox mode
Add the CNAME does not work, it redirects to the default Nginx page. So, I am trying to add an Alias
I've added the domain normal way wo site create sampledomain2.com --le
Then edit the config file in sites-enabled and change the root path and add alias /var/www/samplesite1.com/htdocs;
under location but it still does not work.
Please advise
Thanks
