Cannot run command sudo wo site create some.tld --wpfc

I am running the latest 3.14 but when I tried to create a site with sudo wo site create some.tld --wpfc it errors out.

PHP 7.4 already installed
WP-CLI is already installed
phpMyAdmin already installed
phpRedisAdmin already installed
Composer already installed
Adminer already installed
Netdata already installed
eXtplorer is already installed

Command 'Package' not found, did you mean:

Try: sudo apt install <deb name>

This is on ARM64 Oracle Ampere cloud instance. Is this the issue? I assume that it would work on Arm64 after the fix #416
