Error when trying to apt-get update and apt-get upgrade

This week when I tried to update all of the packages for my VPS, I noticed an error during the update/upgrade process. Part of the error reads as follows. . .

E: Failed to fetch http://provo-mirror.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/virtubox:/WordOps/Debian_10/amd64/nginx-custom_1.22.0-1ppa~stable_amd64.deb File has unexpected size (651460 != 651816). Mirror sync in progress?

Is there something going on that is breaking the updates?

Hello Endda,
I published new Nginx package yesterday, so that's probably the cause of this issue.

VirtuBox that looks to have been the issue. a fresh apt-get update/upgrade seems to work properly now
