Custom Nginx Config to allow site to be embeded?

I have a few site on a server managed by WordOps, how can I allow only one of the site to be able to embed on any domains?

I do not want to comment out below line in nginx.conf that affect all sites
more_set_headers "X-Frame-Options : SAMEORIGIN";
