I have secured my server so that my server IP does not become public, with Cloudflare. But when a mail is sent (external provider) the server IP is sent as received from ip. What can I do about this, since my other security measures have no effect.

You can mitigate this using the integration that wordops does with sendgrid thus exposing sendgrid's ip and not yours, I hope I understood your question
