Resource usage after server upscale

Hi all, since I managed to get everything working after a big migration from Easy Engine 3 I was wondering what should I do when I upscale the server resources (CPU, RAM, etc.)?

I use Digital Ocean and I was wondering if I could/should change any .confs after increasing the CPU from 4 to 8 and/or RAM from 8 to 6GB and so on. Does WordOps "automagically" increases the resource usage as more is added? If a tweak is necessary to optimize what and how can it be done?

One major thing that I would recommend is running wo stack upgrade --mysql after rescaling your server. When you install MySQL for the first time, WordOps tunes my.cnf (MySQL Configuration) based on RAM installed on your server. If you upgrade the RAM on your server then you should also run the provided command to upgrade the MySQL Configuration.

tekniboss , guess I did not search with the right keywords before posting.

Regarding PHP nothing needs to be changed then? When I ran the server with EE3 I had to mess with the PHP-FPM config files to fine tune the RAM usage to use the extra resorces, so there is no need to tune anything besides mysql with a simple command?

Hi all, sorry to bump this old one, but after running "wo stack upgrade --mysql" the database crashes every now and then when multiple people are browsing the woocommerce store the server is running. I can see from mysqltuner the usage of RAM went way over the available. Should I tweak this mannualy? If so, where can I locate the .cnf file and what variables would be better to tweak? Thanks in advance
