I run mysqltuner myself and tune /etc/mysql/my.cnf based on that and results over time.
I just realised that running wo stack upgrade --all also tunes MYSQL with settings from I don't know where (the new settings it makes are always wrong and wildly different from mysqltuner too).
How to stop this automatic tune?
the template used to deploy /etc/mysql/my.cnf follow the most part of MySQLTuner recommendations, but I do not agree with some of them. To avoid configuration overwriting, it's the same than with Nginx.
