Please help some problems with Stacks

Hello,

I've done everything I know to solve this problem but none of them are working.
Please help me.

1. My Extplorer is acting weird, it can't find its logo and images files. When I log in, it just show loading gif image. When I clicked swith to FTP, it shows error 500 / sometimes it goes to other site.
   I've tried to delete the files folder and reinstall it.
2. My phpRedisAdmin still shows error 404 even I have tried to reinstall everything (using stack install command and download manually).

How to fix this? Any help is appeciated.
