Hello,
I’m not entirely sure if the issue is directly caused by the WordOps configuration or something else, but I’ve been experiencing a significant drop in performance. I manage three WordOps servers hosting multiple sites, and the problem is present across all of them. On the other hand, I have other servers running different LEMP stacks, and they are not affected.
The issue occurs during the first load of a website. For example, if I open a website after an extended period (several hours), it takes an unusually long time to load. Initially, the page takes about 10 seconds just to display the site, and then images load extremely slowly (e.g., 2 seconds for a 100KB image). The performance improves noticeably the longer I browse the site on a specific device or browser. After using the website for about two minutes, it becomes highly responsive. Changing my internet connection and using private window on mobile is the worst case scenario.
This does not seem to be a caching issue, as I’ve tried disabling caching, and the problem persists even when logged in (though not consistently).
All software is up to date.
