marty jamesvu2000 any ideas what is wrong Not without at least some information. :-) Check /var/log/wo/wordops.log - look for any relevant error messages. Try apt update and apt upgrade directly to see if those report any issues.
marty You need to provide more specific information. Fatal error after what commands? What does the fatal error say? Did you try what I suggested? What else have you tried/checked? What's your setup? etc etc. Help us help you. :-)
