Created two sites, but the second resolves into the first

I am sure this is a foolish question, but I created two sites, set up SSL certificates on Cloudflare for both of them, and have the A records set for each domain name, but when I try to open the second site, it loads the first site. I guess I am missing something, but haven't been able to find the answer. Thanks.

Double check your encryption settings in Cloudflare. If you have full or strict at CF ensure you also have a certificate/https set up on the server for each site.

Hi Marty, Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have CF encryption mode set to full. I created a separate origin certificate for each domain, and placed these certificates in a folder in /etc.

I also added a ssl.conf that points to these files in /var/www/webdomain.com/conf/nginx

My DNS is pointed to the name and IP for each domain.

However, the webdomain arcalog.com goes immediately to arc-industrial.com

For https to work, do I need a separate IP address for each? Thanks.

I think most people just use WordOps to issue a (usually LetsEncrypt) certificate at the server end. Much easier to set up (just wo site update yourdomain.com --letsencrypt --force and it's done).

Are you maybe missing a listen 443 directive in your ssl.conf?

Thant worked. I deleted and reinstalled the sites using --letsencrypt. Also seem to have had a caching issue. It works now though. Thanks for the help.
