You will be likely getting "no OCSP responder URL in the certificate" messages in your mail or after checking Nginx configuration. It's happening, because Letsencrypt turned off their OCSP responders on August 6.
So you may want to set ssl_stapling to off in your /etc/nginx/nginx.conf file.
