2nd Installation in sub-directory

Hi! I have two installations of WordPress, because they house entirely different content, theme and plugins. So I have my example.com root domain, where I have WordPress, then I have example.com/wp2/ where I have a second installation of WordPress.

What would be the best way to manage such an installation in a sub-directory?

Seems pretty close.

There is no command line though to allow me to do such a thing.

Because it doesn't allow me to specify a sub-directory on an existing domain for a single installation. As much as I've seen, it's only for WPMS.
