Referrer - send full URL, rather than just domain

I apologize in advance if I'm not using the correct terminology.

I'd like it when I click on an external link on my website, to pass the full page URL as the referrer, to the external website, and I'm not able to figure it out by myself.

This is important when you're working as an affiliate or something that requires the sites you're sending traffic to be able to track you.

I've set up 2 sites with WordOps from which I tried this, and it simply sends the domain as a referrer, rather than just the page. I've also set up a fresh install just now and it behaves the same way. Also the links don't have rel="noreferrer" added automatically by Wordpress - since this has been an issue lately.

Can anyone help, please?

Right after posting, I started searching again.

I changed Referrer-Policy in `/etc/nginx/nginx.conf.

It's now more_set_headers "Referrer-Policy : no-referrer-when-downgrade"; and it seems to pass full URL as referrer.

Is that the appropriate fix?
