Does Redis Page Caching still use fastcgi in NGINX?
No, they are separate options and I don't remember them ever be used together.
one is wo site update site.tld --wpredis and another one is wo site update site.tld --wpfc
wo site update site.tld --wpredis
wo site update site.tld --wpfc
Thanks, so the cached site is stored in Redis(memory) and then served up through NGINX. And for FastCGI, where is the cached data stored?
Did anybody make tests which is faster?
michacassola The path configured for storing NGINX Cache in WordOps is /var/run/nginx-cache and /var/run/ folder is mounted on RAM by default.
