Urgent: Woocommerce can't Place The Order

I am using WordOPS with Ubuntu 20.4, latest version of Woocommerce and Wordpress installed
I have two WP sites to test and both can't place the order, it keep loading very slow then display the error
"SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away"

1st site has many plugins installed, but I have disabled theme all and still error, can't place the order
2nd site with clean theme and Woocomerce and still same error.

Please help!

Have you tried restarting mysql?

restarting mysql won't fix the issues, too bad. Removed Wordops
