Site crashes bad gateway

I had a site working perfect then suddenly it fails to work at all .. I am seeing a database error in the error log that repeated (but I have done database repair against the db and it claims that the DB is good) and then I also see open socket errors in the error.log

this site is important and I have tried to rebuild it on another machine and import the WP and the same thing happens .. So this might be a WP problem (of course) but can it be something else ? I had added the security stack and others .. I have tried to remove -- was not able to get wo stack purge to work .. it just printed the command list

Any help would be greatly appreciated

the Wordpress errors were caused by visitors plugin and that has been repaired .. Sorry I included that.

the open socket issue is still not understood .. this apparently a nginx problem -- any one experience this problem before ?

In my case, I usually get Open Socket issues only when I have any custom configuration added to NGINX. The default WordOps configurations never resulted in Open Socket issues for any of my servers.

I have a stock setup using wo stack including wpredis and php74 -- what is scary is those error destroyed the site -- causing mysql to crash repeatedly and no one could access the site .. and I do not know what caused it -- I removed and reinstalled the stack and eventually nginx -- but I really would like to have some idea what causes the open sockets.
