I have a HTML file index.html, i put this file on /var/www/site.domain/htdocs so i can view it on browser.
But i want to rename index.html to index.aspx (still HTML code file), then nginx return 403 Forbidden.
Can I allow Nginx to serve this extenssion file?
Well you can (by removing the restriction from /etc/nginx/common/locations-wo.conf), but the question would be why would you want to..? Nginx can't run ASP code so that's why it's being denied. So there may be a better solution to what you're trying to do.
