What is the best way to get Wordpress Core/Plugins/Theme up to date?

Is there anyway to set cronjob in WordOps to check and update all Wordpress core/theme/plugins?

I have a server with many Wordpress websites (demo sites) and not usually login to each site.
I am finding the way to keep all sites auto update to latest version include Core, plugins, theme

Do you know the best way to do that?
Can we have the way to do that job with WordOps cronjob?

You can enable auto-update to Plugins in more recent versions of WordPress. As long as the WordPress cron is running, either through the normal cron or a cron you enabled, it will stay up to date.

Themes shouldn't be nearly as much of an issue if you are using trusted themes. Usually these are not a security risk.

how about wpcli ?

wp plugin update --all
wp theme update --all

also as jond1 said you can always turn of auto updates

Setting up a cron to run those would work too.
