Maik I've changed php.ini and the nginx.conf to 300m and restarted, but wordpress won't do it. Healthcheck still shows (upload_max_filesize) 100M.
marty Are you definitely editing the right php.ini (as there's likely more than one - see here). Are you also changing post_max_size?

enoch For anyone else having issues with WP Multi-site upload size or formats. There's additional settings under "Upload Settings" that require changing. The default WordOps upload is 100mb. Network > settings
