I have tried a lot of workarounds to get FastCGI cache: HIT for query strings from Facebook but they don't perform as good as the performance you can get by ignoring those query strings.
Is there any better way to ignore and get those irony Cache HIT?
Reason to stop workarounds: It takes time for 301 redirections...
