WordOps's NGINX[1] appears to include an abandoned[2] module, ngx_cache_purge.

I'm wondering if people still use this and whether it works for them, or if there are better alternatives now and should that "abandoned" code could be removed from the custom nginx build?

Now that a new stable NGINX 1.20 has just been released (20 April 2021), it might be a good time to do this?
