siddhu_nist Hello Team, every few hours my site showing Error establishing a database connection. when i check wo stack status mysql is not enabled. Please help.
marty Not much to go on there (new or established site? server specs? traffic volumes? caching systems?), but sounds like mysql is crashing. Check your server logs for error messages that will help narrow down the reason (out of memory..?).
siddhu_nist Old WordOps upgrade to New WordOps Environment. Server Specs: 2 GB Memory / 1 Intel vCPU / 50 GB Disk / Ubuntu 22.04 (LTS) x64 Redis Object Cache.
marty siddhu_nist Old WordOps upgrade to New WordOps Environment. Server Specs: 2 GB Memory / 1 Intel vCPU / 50 GB Disk / Ubuntu 22.04 (LTS) x64 Redis Object Cache. Right - but what's changed? Is this an old site that's been working fine for ages and now it's broken? Or a new site that's never worked properly? Not enough info. :-) Just object caching - no page cache then..? But as I said - check your error logs to find out why mysql is broken.
siddhu_nist marty yes old website with new fresh WO Environment. because i got few problems with the old WO environment. not able to update, wo commands not working. so i took a full backup and transfer to a Newly WO environment ( 2 GB Memory / 1 Intel vCPU / 50 GB Disk / Ubuntu 22.04 (LTS) x64 ).
siddhu_nist marty But as I said - check your error logs to find out why mysql is broken. please help to find out the reason behind mysql broken.
marty Sorry, I'm only getting half answers so I can't really help you. I recommend spending some time looking through your server error logs . Good luck. :-)
marty siddhu_nist Could you please guide to check the particular error log. Ubuntu log files are in /var/log/ Check /var/log/nginx/YourSite.com.error.log and possibly /var/log/wo/wordops.log
