is it possible to issue SSl certificate to Upload server IP?

I am install Wordops on Upcloud server, and it works, but without a domain.

So, I am not sure whether it is possible to issue SSL certificate to the server IP please?

Anyone experienced with Upcloud server please?

no, you cannot issue a SSL certificate for an IP.
If you want to run tests with a domain, you can get a free one at https://www.freenom.com/en/index.html
