Hello PEARSONIFIED,
because it's a feature directly related to Cloudflare services, I'm not sure if it make sense to integrate it in WordOps.
But I will probably write a short how-to in the documentation about enabling authenticated origin pulls with Cloudflare.

+1 I'd like this as well, SSL end to end encryption would be fantastic.

jond1 SSL end to end encryption is already enabled when you use a letsencrypt certificate with Cloudflare. Authenticated origin pulls only make sure traffic cannot be routed outside Cloudflare servers.
