Which version of PHP are you running?
It could possibly be corrupted database tables, but more likely something with the connections directly to mysql.
This issue isn't particular to WordOps though, so you may want to try the PHP or MySQL community -- WordOps is only a group of python scripts to make it easier to setup sites. Usually it's not something with WordOps, but the software configuration itself.
