alexlii1971 Thank you for the reply -- no my issue is not the same as that link. A vpn makes no sense. My site is remote from the DO box and VPN would only affect my connection to the DO --unless you think that boxes in Toronto are being blocked by local censoring in Toronto ? I can try it from NYC -- But my issue is the same as the unanswered support request below this https://community.wordops.net/d/723-wordops-installation-problem/2.
Meantime I will destroy the droplet and rebuild it in the USA -- I would be most amazed if that did it .. but nowadays anything is possible .. Another issue is that it never times out -- should be a time out message .. It just sits there .. indefinitely -- I tried more than an hour ago and it is still in the same place .. If I stop the process the droplet is still running (not crashed) and then if I write wo info I see --
