WordOps install Problem

I have problem with installation WordOps on Linodes server both Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04
Only stuck at "Installing WordOps" and never completed.
I installed and using WordOps before and never have any issue. But this time, I cannot get it done.
Any idea?

I don't even know where to check error logs because it is fresh server and fresh install. Stuck in "Installing WordOps" and nothing happen.

what is your distribution ?
Can you run the following command and send me the output ?

apt-get --option=Dpkg::options::=--force-confmiss --option=Dpkg::options::=--force-confold --assume-yes \
install build-essential curl gzip python3-pip python3-apt python3-venv gcc \
python3-dev sqlite3 git tar software-properties-common pigz  gnupg2 \

it seems there is no issue , can you create site in this situation? if not, share the issue info please.

alexlii1971 I did the same code(test above) and got the same results and I cannot create a site .. Please see my post here showing syslog errors . https://community.wordops.net/d/723-wordops-installation-problem

It is stuck in installing WordOps and didn't go next step.
So how can I create site without WordOps installation finished?

I hope to fix it ASAP because I need to deploy a server now. And I don't see any other better than WordOps to manage the server for Wordpress.

I have exactly the same issue.

So I tried manual installation: https://docs.wordops.net/getting-started/installation-guide/
And it goes smoothly.

I guess the root of the problem may lie somewhere in their script.

I tried to use the auto-install script today.
I am facing the same issues.

Running-
Server OS: UBUNTU 18.04
VPS: Google Compute Engine

I also used the manual install and it worked.
Both the command and git repository alternative freeze on "Installing WordOps..."

me too, same problem when using 1 line install, but manual install did work.

the issue has been fixed, you can again use the auto-install script.

Just installed and everything is working fine now. The problem has gone.

Thank you for fixing but any changes to mysql?
There is no mysql configuration file as not like before and cannot run mysqltuner.

Yes, I can log in but cannot run mysqltuner and there is nothing in config file.
