After many days optimize my Woocommerce website both onsite and server side. The speed is good now. Please see the screenshot.

WordOps on latest Ubuntu 20.04
Fastcgi cache, redis, remote database, brotli, shortpixel image CDN, disabled Heartbeat and some more tweaks

I think I can open an Optimize service on Fiverr now 🙂.

Anyway, I don't like GTmetrix for speed measures. I'd rather use Google Lighthouse to find potential points of attention on a given page.

Also, using Cloudflare (with "cache everything") when possible should help to decrease TTFB a lot.

Scores are good considering the Woocommerce store but you must run the tests on Mobile LTE Connection because this is what the majority of people browsing through Mobile Phones use.

Also, you must try working on some average person's Woocommerce websites before providing the full fledged speed services because hardly anyone uses the lite theme like yours. You will 90% of your potential customers using a heavy base theme + 1 or 2 Page Builders + hell lot of other plugins + live chat widgets + 2-3 tracking scripts.

In such cases, you won't be able to scale up the scores much despite fixing a few issues. I have been providing similar services on Fiverr for more than 2 years and believe me, it hasn't been a pleasure at all 🙁

I am using a heavy theme REHUB and with many plugins include Elementor builder
The scores is not important but I just want to show you the loading time, that's the real speed, I never got that speed like this before.

Not just the home page, other pages also very fast loading too, faster than the home page.

I see still there are a lot of customers bought similar services on Fiverr

I agree about mobile test. Need to tweaks that too but access via mobile also very fast
