How do I create a subdomain?

Hello,
I am just an average user just getting know vps. I have tested couples of WP installation with wordops. How Do I create a subdomain? I have no data to save, so I am ok to start with a fresh installation. I would like to have a subdomain like blog.domain.com.
Is it possible to achive this in a single installation, or do I have to run multiple installation?
This is the commands that I run for site creation.
wo site create domain.com --wp --wpredis --le --user=username --pass='1' --email=admin@server.com

You can just create a subdomain in the same way:-
wo site create subdomain.example.com etc

Depends what you're doing but WordPress Multisite might be what you're looking for, which WO supports:-
