Tonight I updated WordOps to version 3.16.0 and after the wo update process went through, I followed it up with the wo stack update command. It got through most of the updates with an "OK" response, but then when it tried to update "Adminer" I got the following errors scrolling down the shell prompt. . .

There was a bit more to this error, but I wasn't able to copy all of it. All of my websites seem to still be up and operating as usual, but I'm curious what is going on with all of these errors.
